You can schedule a tour through our website by selecting the “Schedule a Tour” option and choosing a date and time that best fits your schedule. If you prefer, you may also contact us directly by calling (346-512-2260), emailing (leasing@arismarketsquare.com), or submitting a contact form. A member of our leasing team will be happy to assist you in arranging a tour. Please remember to bring a valid government-issued ID when you arrive for your scheduled visit.
Collectively, all applicants must have a combined monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rental rate. Applicants are required to provide proof of income as part of the application process.
Acceptable proof of income may include, but is not limited to, the following:
For W-2 employees, applicants must provide two of the following documents:
The three most recent consecutive pay stubs.
The three most recent consecutive bank statements showing deposits that correspond with the pay stubs provided.
As part of the application process, a credit report will be obtained for each applicant as a means of assessing the ability to meet future and ongoing rent payment obligations. This screening may also include a review of the applicant’s rental payment history.
If the results of the screening are insufficient or unsatisfactory, the application may be denied or the applicant may be required to meet additional conditions prior to approval, such as providing a qualified guarantor or paying an additional deposit.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information contained in their credit history.
